So Micheal Buble released a new album earlier this year. Admittedly, I didn't get it. I heard some 30 second clips and wasn't really feeling it. so i didn't buy it and when a tour was announced, i was going to pass. the desire wasn't there, especially since it was being held in the basketball arena.

AFI came by the Marquee Theater on 20 October, 2013. They killed it! Lots of great energy. Davey sounded fantastic! Didn't do the pit thing this time.

wound up pretty close, not too far and had decent viewing.

Missing Joe

Found a nearly full container of bird seed....it was nearly full when Joe passed. I guess I stashed it away. It has been a few years now. I guess it was time to let him go a little further. It did make me miss him a lot this weekend. In fact, I am missing him quite a lot right now. Life was so much more simpler then, wasn't it....or was it. I was a lot more reclusive then. if you can believe it. :D

made me want to withdraw again....but i'm fighting the urge to remove myself again.

oddly enough, today i dropped my phone into my coffee. so, like it or not i'm withdrawing a little from life. ;) either that or it sounds like someone wants me to get a new phone. lol.

Back to DC!

Ha! I might be going back to DC! Awesome. Planning a trip to DC to visit a friend from HS, i haven't seen in years....my guess would be something like 8+ yrs.

so excited to see her and her kidos. :) Maybe do some walking around DC again when it isn't so bloody cold! Also, i'm going to try to see the cherry blossom trees in bloom! :)

Also I'm trying to get a way to see another dear friend of mine who will only be like an hr away! :)

so, had the fantastic one day trip to vegas to see A Perfect Circle's one show of the year.

it was great. Maynard sounded amazing, Billy sounded fantastic, even though it looked like he was fighting with his equipment. Matt and Jeff were spot on, and Iha! Loved his awkwardness when Maynard threw the spot light on him.

They didn't play Judith. I doubt I'll ever see that live again. Personally, i think there might have been too much emotive tracks, but weak and powerless, blue, outsider, package were all amazing. As well, as What's going on and passive. passive has become a new WOW for me. :)
