if that is the case, my fb and twitter acct would immediately be deleted.
no if ands or buts about it. that is beyond invasion of privacy. there is not reason to have that bit of information if there is no connection to my work life. i dont use those profile to contact my coworkers or customers or suppliers. they are for outside of work friends only. therefore, there is no need for my boss or employer to read or follow those tweets or fb postings.
not cool with this at all.
