The simple log.
so, my friend shared a post from lifehacker: Write about these three things daily to take command of your life.
I'm paraphrasing here...

1. What you ate
2. what you did for exercise (or didn't)
3. what you did with your life - exually, socially, morally...whatever lights your fire.


so, i'm going to try this....let's see how long this lasts. lol
